SCOPE OF WORK:
PROJECT IDENTIFICATION: The project consists of renovation of a portion of the City Hall first floor. The Library will move into the old court room and existing shell space. A new Community room will be located in the old Library space. The project will also include new flooring and paint in the public areas of the first and second floor of City Hall. The project will include a new asphalt parking lot on the south side of City Hall and new egress paving on the north side of city hall. There will also be some alternates covering new paint and flooring in various other City Hall spaces.

RECEIPT AND OPENING OF BIDS: Sealed bids addressed to the City Secretary will be received at the City Hall Administration Office, 3411 Barker Avenue, Melissa, TX 75454, until 2:00 PM, October 30, 2024 at which time the bids will be opened and publicly read aloud in the City Hall Conference Room, 3411 Barker Avenue, Melissa, TX 75454. Bids received after closing time will be returned unopened.
