SCOPE OF WORK:

ORG 207 SAN JACINTO ELEMENTARY SCHOOL -RENOVATION: Project consists of the following:

1. Replace spray foam roof system

2. Provide secure front entry vestibule

3. Replace exterior waterproofing/sealant joints

4. Provide exterior lighting controls

5. Provide exterior lights with LED lighting

6. Provide/Replace IDF/MDF air conditioning

7. Provide new digital marquee sign located at front entry

8. Replace outdated exterior windows with new energy efficient window systems, modular building

9. Repair broken & cracked exterior cladding, modular building

10. Remove and replace damaged concrete sidewalks

11. Replace selected RTUs at modular building

12. Replace fire alarm system

13. Provide emergency lighting in common areas

14. Replace existing RPZ with new RPZ

15. Replace existing doors & add logo at reception area

16. Repair existing concrete blacktop court (Alternate)

17. Provide interior lighting controls (Alternate)

18. Replace half of the interior lights with LED lights (Alternate)

ORG 273 PLEASANT GROOVE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL -RENOVATION: Project consists of the following

1. Provide secure front vestibule

2. Replace exterior waterproofing/ sealant joints

3. Replace Fire Alarm System

4. Provide exterior lights with LED lighting

5. Provide exterior lighting controls

6. Provide/Replace IDF/MDF Air Conditioning

7. Renovate and Expand Administration

8. Remove and replace concrete paving

9. Replace hot water heater

10. Replace PA System (Alternate)

11. Regarding for Ponding

12. Replace water fountain w/ bottle filler (25% MIN. replacement)

13. RPZ Replacement

14. Provide new marquee sign

BUDGET:
Total Estimated Construction Budget (CCL + IC+ Allowances) for CSP 207705 $ 5,940,549.00

PRE-BID & LOCATION:
A pre-proposal meeting will be held at 7900 Hume Dr, Dallas, TX 75227 on Monday, 10/21/2024 at 2:30 pm via in person for all interested parties. This meeting is not mandatory, but information discussed will be extremely helpful in preparation of the proposal. All general contractors and sub-contractors are encouraged to attend this meeting. Contractors will meet A/E(s) and PM at the school to start site tours. The first site tour will take place immediately following the pre-proposal. The following is the schedule for each site tour:

BID-DATE & LOCATION:

All Construction Services procurements must be physically delivered to the Construction Services office, at the Linus D. Wright Dallas ISD Administration Building 9400 North Central Expressway, Suite 800 Dallas, TX 75231. (Call 972.925.7200 for directions). Delivery to other locations will result in rejection of a CSP.

Completed CSP Package Part 1-A, 1-B and 1-C are due on Tuesday, 11/19/2024 at 2:00 PM (local time).

Completed CSP Package Part 2 is due on Wednesday, 11/20/2024 at 3:00 PM (local time).

Any materials received after the respective closing dates / times will not be considered.

The District will open and read the names of the proposers and prices submitted in responsive CSPs beginning at 3:00 P.M. local time upon submittal of Part 2 of the Package, via zoom at Dallas ISD Construction Services, Linus D. Wright Dallas ISD Administration Building 9400 North Central Expressway, Suite 800 Dallas, TX 75231.
