SCOPE OF WORK:
Amos Elementary Summary of Work – Parking lot and ADA improvements, perimeter fencing replacement, door hardware replacement, HVAC replacement/upgrades, Ceiling and Lighting replacements, and bathroom renovations.
Goodman Elementary Summary of Work – Parking lot and ADA improvements, exterior wall renovation with new storefront/windows, door hardware replacement, HVAC replacement/upgrades, Ceiling and Lighting replacements, and bathroom renovations.
Project Budget $7,510,000
PRE-BID & LOCATION:
A Pre-proposal Conference will be held at Goodman Elementary by Arlington ISD on Wednesday, October 2, 2024, at 10:00am. Attendance to the pre-proposal conference is not mandatory but highly encouraged.

PROPOSAL DUE DATE: October 22, 2024 DUE TIME: 2:00 PM CST
The CSP submission must be submitted in person by the proposal due date, Tuesday, October 22, 2024 at 2:00pm. Additionally, one (1) original with original signatures (Marked “ORIGINAL”) and one (1) printed copy of the CSP, plus one electronic copy in Portable Digital Format (PDF) stored on thumb drive. The thumb drive should be clearly marked as to its contents. Mail or deliver Competitive Sealed Proposal package with this cover page attached to the front to Arlington Independent School District c/o Lisa Phillips, Director of Purchasing, 690 E Lamar Blvd Arlington, Texas 76011. Late CSPs will be returned to Firms (“respondents”, “proposers”) unopened. CSPs may be withdrawn at any time prior to the due date and time shown above. CSP may not be altered, amended or withdrawn after the due date and time without the recommendation and approval of the AISD Purchasing Director.
