SCOPE OF WORK:
The "Project" of which the "Work" of this Contract is a part, is titled Carol Holt Elementary School STEM Academy Renovations for Mansfield ISD and is composed of interior renovations and related work located in Arlington, Texas.
The "Work" of this Contract is titled Carol Holt Elementary School STEM Academy Renovations and is defined in the Contract Documents to include, but not necessarily to be limited to:
Interior renovations, including all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and general Construction work.
PRE-BID & LOCATION:
A voluntary Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held Monday, September 30, 2024 at 4:00 p.m. at Carol Holt Elementary, 7321 Ledbetter Rd, Arlington, TX 76001. ATTENDANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
BID-DATE:
Competitive sealed proposals will be received from qualified Proposers by the Purchasing Director, Mansfield ISD, Mansfield, Texas, in the Office of the Purchasing Director, at 605 E. Broad Street, Building 300, Mansfield, Texas 76063. The Proposal shall be submitted in two parts as follows: Part “A” of the Proposal shall be received until 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, October 8, 2024 and Part “B” of the Proposal shall be received until 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, October 9,2024. Upon submission of Part “A” of the Proposal, they will be publicly opened and read aloud for the furnishing of all labor, materials, and equipment, and performing all work required for Carol Holt Elementary School STEM Academy Renovations for Mansfield ISD, Mansfield, Texas, and in compliance with Project manual and drawings, and other contract documents as prepared by Huckabee.
