Project consists of the following:
1. Replace Roofing and Related MEP Work
2. Renovate / Expand existing Boy’s and Girl’s PE Lockers
3. Relocate / Expand existing weight room.
4. Expand PE Storage
5. Football Locker Addition
6. Training Room Addition
7. Competition Gym / Storm Shelter Addition
8. Renovate CTE Woodshop Labs
9. Upgrade Security at main entry vestibule / Administration Office
10. Upgrade Security Cameras throughout Campus
11. New Marquee Sign
12. Revise existing Fire Lane
13. New Fire Lane (North East)

BUDGET:
Total Estimated Construction Budget (CCL + Allowances) for CSP# CS 206820 $20,258,247.00

PRE-BID & LOCATION:
A pre-proposal meeting will be held at 04:00 PM on Monday, 02/13/2023 at 8928 Palisade Dr., Dallas, Texas – 75217 for all interested parties. This meeting is not mandatory, but information discussed will be extremely helpful in preparation of the proposal.

BID-DATE & LOCATION:
All Construction Services construction procurements must be physically delivered to the Construction Services office, at the Linus D. Wright Dallas ISD Administration Building 9400 North Central Expressway, Suite 800 Dallas, TX 75231. (Call 972.925.7200 for directions). Delivery to other locations will result in rejection of a CSP.

Completed CSP Package Part 1-A, 1-B and 1-C are due on Tuesday, March 21, 2023, at 2: 00 PM (local
time).

Completed CSP Package Part 2 is due on Wednesday, March 22, 2023, at 3: 00 PM (local time).

OWNER’S PROJECT MANAGER (PM)
JACOBS will be the Owner’s Project Manager (PM) for the management of planning, design,
permitting, construction, and post-construction for this CSP. All correspondence and communication during the contract finalization, construction and post-construction processes shall be directed to the Architect/Engineer firm (A/E) with copy to JACOBS. During construction,the PM shall have authority to act on behalf of Dallas ISD for Owner related direction.
